(ISBN 0-253-21481-5 for the paperback version) It's a collection of work by grad students mostly from the University of Oregon. Quite a few of the papers deal with male and racial stereotypes. I actually think I have that book checked out to my study carrel. I have been doing some masculinity studies research lately. I agree that there is plenty of scholarly literature on race and gender.
